Refund policy

We have a 7 day return policy. We are confident that you will be completely satisfied with our products, but should you not be, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt and get a full refund (excluding delivery fees) or exchange it for another item of similar cost.

The client is liable for the return of the product and refunds will only be processed once the goods have been received back an acceptable condition. Please contact info@boonies.co.za to start the refund process.
